We want you to love The Better Sponge. If it’s not for you, we offer a no-quibble 30-day return — even if you’ve used it.

- Customer covers return postage (except faulty/incorrect items)

- Final-sale items not eligible

How to request a return (email only)
Email info@composty.earth within 30 days of delivery with:
- Subject: Return request – Order #12345
- Your order number and items you’re returning
- A short note on the reason (e.g. “didn’t love it”)
- If damaged/faulty, include photos
We’ll reply with your Return Authorisation (RA) and the return address. Please wait for authorisation before sending anything back. Returns sent without an RA may be delayed.
What can be returned
- Items that are new or used (tried and tested is fine)
- For used items, please rinse, dry, and pack cleanly
- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Return shipping costs
- For change-of-mind returns, you cover return postage.
- If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover reasonable return postage or provide a prepaid label.
