Delivery Policy

UK delivery

Standard Delivery

£3.99 (free on orders over £20)
Delivered within 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Express Delivery

£5.99
Delivered within 1–2 working days from dispatch using a tracked, priority service.

Express Delivery will appear at checkout only when available for your postcode and order. If it isn’t shown, it’s not available for that order at that time.

International delivery

We ship internationally using a range of trusted carriers, selected automatically based on destination, service level and parcel size. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout where available.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or local fees once they reach your country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over these fees and can’t predict what they may be.

If import charges are refused/unpaid and the parcel is returned to sender, original shipping costs are non-refundable and any return-to-sender fees may be deducted from the refund.

If you’re unsure whether charges apply in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 6 working days for Standard Delivery or 3 working days for Express Delivery (from dispatch), please email info@composty.earth with your order number and we’ll sort it.
