UK delivery

Standard Delivery

£3.99 — free on orders over £20

Delivery normally takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.

We use a range of delivery providers, including Evri, Royal Mail and DPD. The carrier is selected based on your destination, parcel size, chosen delivery service and current delivery performance.

Where a product or promotion includes free UK delivery, the carrier is selected in the same way. “Free UK postage” or “free UK delivery” means there is no delivery charge; it does not specify a particular carrier.

Express Delivery

£5.99

Express orders are always sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, with delivery normally within 1–2 working days from dispatch. This is an estimated delivery timeframe, rather than a guaranteed next-day service.

Express Delivery appears at checkout only when available for your postcode and order. If it isn’t shown, it isn’t available for that order at that time.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders the same or next working day.

Delivery estimates run from dispatch, rather than from the time you place your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

International delivery

We ship to eligible international destinations using a range of trusted carriers, selected according to destination, service level and parcel size. Available delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout.

We currently do not ship directly to the EU from our UK store. Please visit our EU & International Partners page for local purchasing options.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or local fees. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot control or predict these charges.

If you’re unsure whether charges apply, please check with your local customs office before ordering.

If import charges are refused or unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return-to-sender fees may be deducted from your refund.

All international orders include tracking, and you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Packaging

We use minimal, plastic-free, fully compostable packaging to help protect your order while reducing waste.

Delivery issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 6 working days of dispatch for Standard Delivery, or 3 working days for Express Delivery, please email info@composty.earth with your order number so we can investigate.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help.
